Malaga port

Begins the month of September and with it the beginning of the high season for cruise ships and the port of Malaga (Malaga Port Transfer). In the coming months it is expected that a large number of large and medium cruises make their arrival at the Maritime Station Malaga.

Specifically 98 vessels have estimated their arrival in the coming months, in which 40% of the boats will be received throughout the year.

Malaga Airport receives more than 70% of passengers arriving in the Andalusian Airports, becoming the major airport of Andalusia and the 4th largest airport in Spain.

9.5 million passengers have arrived so far this year in Andalucia, of which 6,441,405 travelers arrived at the airport in the Costa del Sol. This year 2015 the number of passengers that have passed through Malaga airport has increased 4.6% over the previous year.

The Port of Malaga has become in recent years a benchmark port in the Spanish territory. Thanks to its remodeling, its great infrastructure and the work invested in quality, the Port of Málaga is the second most important cruise port in the peninsula. A clear example of this are the berths that take place in the city of some of the most important world cruise.
